Best part of ALL my education were the "hat"speeches in Victoria House. Best part of being in Jinja were
i) beingaccosted at midnight by a hippo when Nizoo Sharif, Prakash Amin and I droveon Crescent Road at midnight after a long evening together preparing forexams and
(ii) listening to Rashmi Paun's radio blaring out Elvis songs, ashe walked by our house on the way to so school.
