Hi: This is Yasmin Virani. My maiden name was Charania (Jubilee Watch Company). I am so glad that you have put this website together. I think its a wonderful idea. Here's some information about me: ·

I went to Muljibhai Madhavani Girls School and then later to Jinja Secondary School. One of my best school friends during this period was Anju Nathawani and Saroj Patel. · I was in the Girl Guides and I played on the school Net Ball Team with Nalani Patel & Illa Patel (its terrible but I can't remember everyone's names - but the faces are so clear in my mind!).

· I completed my Senior Cambridge in December 1965, and went to Narobi to complete a Secratarial School.

· I got married and moved to Kampala in 1968. My husband's name is Amir Daud Jiwa Virani.

· My family moved to Canada in 1973

· We have lived in Vancouver for 30 years

· I have 2 children: Shahnavaz and Anisha. My son is a Cardiologist and my daughter has an MA in Communications.
